Requirements & Accessibility

Tights, tracksuits, or jeans (avoid riding in shorts)
Closed sports boots or shoes that do not have a smooth sole
If you have long hair, for comfort, we recommend getting a ponytail low at the nape of your neck
Arrive 15 minutes before the activity to prepare
The instructions of the centre's staff during the course of the activity are considered mandatory to preserve the safety of the participants.
