Caving in Cueva Jonda (Ampuero)

Description of the activity



The Jonda Cave is a natural cavity that stands out for its ease of access and its safe path, making it a perfect activity for families and groups with young children. Unlike other more technical caving routes, here you won't need vertical progression equipment, harnesses or descenders. This allows everyone to enjoy the experience without worry.



The tour follows the course of an underground stream, adding a touch of adventure to the trail. At certain points, you may get your feet wet, depending on the water level of the day, which makes the experience even more fun. In addition, the path includes some cats, areas where you will have to crouch and crawl, adding an extra element of excitement, especially for the little ones.



The route culminates in a large room where we will have a photo shoot to capture the most memorable moments of the day. After this, we will return along the same path to the entrance of the cave, completing a simple and rewarding tour, suitable for all ages.
