Embark on a fascinating journey to the past with our free tour "Journey to the Origins of Art". Discover the Cueva del Conde and the Abrigo de Santo Adriano, located in the Trubia valley, near Tuñón. These archaeological sites are home to some of the oldest artistic expressions of humanity, dating back to the Upper Palaeolithic, around 30,000-25,000 years ago.
Description of the activity
During this free tour, subsidized by the Government of the Principality of Asturias, we will explore two important prehistoric sites: the Cave of the Count and the Shelter of Santo Adriano. Throughout the tour, you'll immerse yourself in the history of rock art and learn fascinating details about the lives and beliefs of the region's first inhabitants.
