The Route of the Thieves in 4×4 is a unique experience that transports you to the times of the muleteers and Galician banditry, following the legends of Pepa Loba, one of the most mythical and fascinating figures of popular tradition. During five hours of adventure, you will travel along historic paths through the mountains, discovering caves, hiding places and shelters used by thieves and outlaws, while a specialized guide relives stories of assaults, escapes and life in the mountains.

The route runs through lonely places of great natural beauty, between oak groves, rivers with crystal clear waters and spectacular fervenzas. Along the route inspired by Pepa Loba, you will make several stops in emblematic enclaves that combine history, landscape and tradition. You will visit the impressive Fervenza de Casariños, the Chozos do Corral do Porto – where you will enjoy breakfast – and the mysterious Covas de Coto dos Ladróns, places full of symbolism and legend.



The experience continues at Praia Fluvial dos Prados, ideal for a picnic and, if the weather is good, a refreshing swim. You will also discover the Fervenza de Liñares and the Coto de Chan da Misa, from where you can get spectacular panoramic views of the mountains.
