Kitesurfing in Galicia: An experience to share adrenaline and learn in the sea
Kitesurfing in Galicia. in Pack Colleagues format is a complete course to share the experience with your amig@s. Each person has individual personal equipment, and one kite equipment (kite, bar and board) is shared for every 2 amig@s, taking turns during the session. It is contracted by people and days (each day is approximately 4 hours) and the school looks for the most appropriate time and place according to the weather conditions so that you learn quickly and safely.
Step-by-step progression: From wind push to water start
You'll start by using a traction kite to feel the thrust of the wind. You will learn how to ride a kite, prepare lines and bar, and learn about the safety elements. You will also discover the wind window and identify its danger zones. In the water, you will practice body drag, learn how to relaunch the kite and how to recover the board. As you advance, you will work on going up and down the wind, you will make your first starts with a board (water start) and you will start sliding on the water, enjoying the first walks.
How is the material distributed among friends?
Each person has their personal equipment, and one kite equipment (kite, bar and board) is shared for every 2 amig@s, taking turns.
How long does each day of the course last?
Approximately 4 hours per contracted day.
What do you learn during the pack?
From kite control for traction and safety, to body drag, relaunch, board recovery and water start.
