Requirements & Accessibility

Physical condition: Good overall health and ability to swim.
Equipment needed: Swimsuit, towel and dry clothes to change.
Pre-booking: We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Signing Consent: All participants must sign a consent and risk acceptance form.
Closed shoes that can get wet (old sneakers/t-shirts, flip-flops with velcro, booties,...). Swimsuit.
It also comes in handy for thermal, technical or synthetic polyester clothing, as well as sunscreen.
