Payments are processed automatically 24 hours after the activity is completed. The money will be transferred to your configured Stripe Connect account.

Cancellation policy

Provider cancellations should be exceptional. If you cancel, the traveler will receive a full refund and your account may be penalized. Contact support if you have a force majeure case.
